A couple of days ago in the middle of the night, my house started to get very warm, to the point that it woke me up and my dogs were panting. With the A/C running, there was nothing but warm air coming out. I knew I had a problem. My neighbor had similar A/C problems and called Efficient Cooling Concepts. They were very pleased with their service. So I got their number and called them. They got to my house in four hours. That alone was very impressive. After the service techs David & Blake finished repairing my problem I had cool air again. Expecting the worse on how much it would cost, I was so relieved when they told me it was a capacitor that went bad, and the Freon was low. Needless to say the repair was very inexpensive, and they didn’t try to sell me extra parts that I didn’t need. And I was back up & running with cool air.

I would highly recommend these guys to my friends & family any day.

I selected ECC for my A/C repairs due to their A+ Better Business Bureau rating, they are locally l owned & operated and a relatively small company in my town.
After calling ECC on a hot Saturday morning about my AC that was out, David was onsite as promised.
David was very personable, friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and was very patient as I asked questions.
I was very impressed and extremely pleased with ECC, the response time, costs and especially the service provided by David.
